The XB series was introduced in 1973 as the second iteration to the Falcon, with production
running until 1976. The XB was the replacement to the XA, receiving minor cosmetic
changes. The GT model lined continued through the XB series in Sedan and Hardtop
variants.

This particular example is a genuine Ford Falcon XB GT manufactured in September of 1975
and sold new by Allan Coffey Ford, Yarram in Victoria. A Ford Motor Co. and Deluxe ACCHS
report have been previously prepared for this XB GT and both have believed that this vehicle
is 1 of 1 in the exact same build specification as this example (A copy of both reports can be
provided to prospective buyers upon request). This XB GT is a tags matching Polar White
example with colour keyed tutone hood and black lower highlights to compliment. A set of 12-
slot wheels and matching skull caps appear at each corner, featuring the standard 6 inch
steel rim up front and standard rears widened to 7 inches with good condition tyres all round.
All glass to this XB GT presents well with minor scratches. All chrome, moulds and trims are
in good condition. This XB GT was optioned with ‘Sports Road Wheels’, which the current
owner will supply to the new owner. However, they require restoration. 

The tags matching black vinyl trim contrasts beautifully against the cool polar white exterior.
The interior trims shows minor wear throughout, but according to a vehicle report prepared by
Antonio Gerace of ‘Gerace GT Falcon & Mustangs’, the dash pad, roof lining, door cards,
seats, carpet and console are all genuine items (A copy of this report can be provided to
prospective buyers upon request). A Eurovox AM FM radio is currently fitted and is supplied
with operating manuals. Dealer delivered under dash air-conditioning also features in this XB
GT, with owners guide documentation also available. An under dash ignition cut-off security
toggle switch has also been installed by the current owner.

All numbers are correct to tags including the strong 351ci 4V V8 engine that runs and drives
well. Aftermarket items to the motor include the carburettor and extractors. The current owner
has had fitted a brawler black 650 mechanical secondary carburettor, mild cam, new starter
motor and new battery. The 4-speed single rail shifts well and adds to the driving experience
of this special XB GT. The rear end features a 2.75 ratio LSD 9” with disk rear end. As per
Gerace’s report, the undercarriage presents extremely well and tidy for its age. A full fluids
service and tune up of new brawler carburettor + timing was done by the owners mechanic in
February 2024.
